1. Q. What is SMS TerminalBlaster?
A.  SMS TerminalBlaster is Computer application software that allow user
to send SMS through a Modem connected to the computer.

2. Q. What kind of Modem is required?
A.  We will provide/advice the suitable USB Modem to be used together
with the SMS TerminalBlaster Software. Currently we are using ZTE &
DNA’s HSDPA Wireless Modem.

3. Q. Is SMS TerminalBlaster Software work in Apple’s Mac OS as well?
A.  No. The SMS TerminalBlaster Software only works in Computer with
Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 Operating System.

4. Q. Is mobile phone SIM Card required?
A.  Yes. You need to insert a mobile phone SIM Card to the Modem.

5. Q. What kind of mobile phone SIM Card is required?
A.  Any mobile phone SIM Card from Telco, such as Maxis, Digi, Celcom
and Umobile can be used.

6. Q. What number will be display on the recipient’s mobile phone?
A.  The mobile phone number of the SIM card that you inserted to the
Modem will be display on the recipient’s mobile phone. Once the
number saved as your company name in recipient mobile phone’s
contact, then the subsequent SMS will display your company name.

7. Q. Does it support other country mobile phone number?
A.  No. Only Malaysia Mobile Numbers (eg. +601xxxxxxxx) are supported.

8. Q. How much is the charge for each SMS sent through this system?
A. 
Each SMS charge is depending on the “Mobile Phone Line Package”
that you signed with the Telco, such as Maxis, Digi, Celcom and UMobile.
The SMS charge is same and just like as you sending SMS
using your mobile phone. Example: If you are using Maxis’s
HOTLINK’s “YOUTH CLUB” SIM card and Package, then the rate of
sending SMS to Maxis’s number will be 1 cent and to other operators
(Digi, Celcom & U-Mobile) number will be 6 cents.

9. Q. What are the differences between LITE, DELUXE and GOLD Edition?
A.  Lite Edition: Limited to 3 Groupings. Limited to 100 numbers per Group.
Limited to 100 numbers per activation (Only 100 numbers can be
loaded for sending at one time. After sending 100 finished then only
can load another 100 numbers).
Deluxe Edition: Limited to 365 Groupings. Limited to 2,500 numbers
per Group. Limited to 2,500 numbers per activation (Only 2,500
numbers can be loaded for sending at one time. After sending 2,500
finished then only can load another 2,500 numbers).
Gold Edition: Limited to 365 Groupings. Limited to 2,500 numbers per
Group. Limited to 90,000 numbers per activation (Only 90,000 numbers
can be loaded for sending at one time. After sending 90,000 finished
then only can load another 90,000 numbers).

10. Q. How many SMS can I send in one hour?
A.  It depends on the mobile network signals strength of the area that your
Modem located. If the Modem is located to an area near to the window
with full signals bars then it’s about 500 SMS per hour.

11. Q. Can I upgrade to higher Edition after purchase?
A. Yes. You just need to return the existing Edition License Key and pay
for the difference between each Edition to get a new Edition License
Key and Software.
